Maid 4 Us was created by a group of business woman (whom are also housewives) when discussing the costs of hiring a maid service in the US. Why is it so expensive?
After some research, we found that most maid services are not only expensive but also way too complicated to deal with. If you want to hire a maid, you have to contact the agency, schedule an appointment, fill out a questionnaire, check the items you want to have it cleaned, get the square footage of your house, etc etc and more etc.
To make it worse, many agencies provide house KEEPING services, when you’re looking for house CLEANING services. Complicated? Just wait until you realize that many house “keeping” require a house “cleaning” to start with, and finally you realize that if you want house “keeping” you are better off cleaning it yourself, unless, of course, you don’t mind paying people to “clean” and leave your house without doing the dishes, for example. Gosh! No wonder why nobody has a maid here!

Interesting enough, most countries in South and Central America have been hiring maids for decades! How come people living with a lot less resources can afford to have someone come to the house 2, 3, 4, even 5 days/week and we can't? I don't know about you, but we thought something was really wrong with this picture. At Maid 4 Us, we don’t care about the formal definition. Call it whatever you please, we will clean your house, period. We clean your home from top to bottom, including bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, main rooms. Vacuum, clean, shine, dust, disinfect, and straighten the appearance in all rooms (the list of usual items cleaned is listed under Services). What you won’t find in our agency are maids driving fancy cars with slogans in every door, matching uniforms, all the things that add cost but no value to the service (unless someone can show us how much cleaner the kitchen looks like if the maid wears pink uniform instead of jeans and a regular shirt). Well, that's why Maid 4 Us was created... to make it possible for all of us, housewives, mothers, hard working women, students, room mates, you know... normal people, to hire a maid service and live thru the experience.
