I have a 5 bedroom home but I just need 3 bedrooms cleaned. How much would you charge?
We get this question a lot. Here is a quick formula (it will give you an idea of the price, although we have to talk to you about your needs before scheduling a service): go to our price table, find the cost for a 5 bedroom home. Then, on the same line, find the cost for the same service in a 3 bedroom home. Subtract the 5 bedroom price to the 3 bedroom price. Divide the number you get in half and add that to the cost of a 3 bedroom home. It will give you an idea of how much the service will cost - half way between a 3 bedroom and a 5 bedroom.
If you are going to clean just 1 bedroom in a 4 bedroom home, why don't you charge me the rate for a 1 bedroom house?
Because the number of bedrooms you have affect your entire house. A 4 bedroom home has usually more cabinets in the kitchen than a 1 bedroom house, for example. We take in consideration the rooms you don't want clean and deduct a portion of the price though!
Is my den considered a room?
Yes. Same with office space, game room, library, etc. Exception: the laundry room is considered a room only if you want it to be cleaned, otherwise it doesn't affect the count of rooms in your home.
How many people do you send to my home?
Usually, between 2 and 3 girls. They are all insured, bonded and background-checked employees. Our team will not eat, drink, smoke or use any appliances while inside your home.
Do you send always the same team?
Yes, we do. Just let us know your preference. We'll even rotate our teams at a clients request so they can be sure they found just the perfect cleaning team for them.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. We're happy to earn your business each time we clean.
Do you provide cleaning services on weekends? For how long do you stay at my house?
Our normal workdays are Monday through Friday, but it doesn't mean we can't help you. If you need our services on a weekend, give us a call. We have people that work just on weekends and evenings! Our work hours may vary, depending of the type of service you are hiring us for. We can arrive as early as 8 a.m.
Do I have to be at home?
It is entirely up to you. Most of our customers are not at home when we clean. If you choose not to provide a key and we are unable to access your home, though, you may incur a $45.00 charge.
Do you provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
You bet. We have our own equipment and cleaning supplies. We do not use any heavy duty or industrial cleaning products, as we don't want to leave any unpleasant smell in your home
What is your guarantee?
We care about our house cleaning service to you, and we're not satisfied if you're not. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Although we always send a Supervisor along with the team, if something was missed, and you are not satisfied with your house or office cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of the cleaning and we will send the team back out at our expense to correct the problem.
Are your employees bonded?
Absolutely.
What if something is damaged during the cleaning?
We treat your home with complete care and respect. However, should damage or breakage occur while we are cleaning, we will make every effort to repair or if necessary, replace the item. When appropriate, insurance claims will be filed.
What about changing a scheduled cleaning visit?
If you need to change or cancel a scheduled cleaning visit we appreciate a 72-hour notice. When short notice is given (less than 32 hours), we may need to charge a fee if the team cannot be reassigned.
How do I pay for the service?
At the day of the visit, you may choose to pay with check or cash. If none of the residents are present during the cleaning, though, we can't accept cash payments.
Do you offer carpet cleaning?
Maid 4 Us don't offer carpet cleaning service, but we will be happy to work side by side with any carpet cleaning company of your trust so that your home and carpet can be cleaned on the same day.
How do I get started?

Don't you have to see my house first, before tell me how much you will charge?
No. We trust you :-) Just count how many rooms you have, tell us what type of cleaning you want, and we are all set!

Not at all. If we find an incredible enormous room, we will clean it as agreed and one of our representatives will contact you and make more specific arrangements for our next time. We never had a case like that, though.
